Business Development Specialist

Salary: $60,000 Base + Commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing customer accounts, and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients
• Manage an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying growth opportunities
• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information within a CRM
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Experience with outside sales and business development
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Experience selling recurring services, service contracts, or business solutions is highly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
